The Get-It-Done Guide

Because Your Big Idea Deserves to Be Finished—Not Just Dreamed About

You’ve been carrying this project around in your mind for weeks, months—maybe even years. The finished album, the course that could change lives, the book that’s begging to be written, the business launch that’s so close—you can see it. You want it.

But instead of making real progress, you’re stuck in the same cycle:

🔄 Overthinking the next step
🔄 Starting and stopping without momentum
🔄 Feeling overwhelmed by everything left to do
🔄 Watching the deadline slip further away

It’s not a lack of talent. It’s not a lack of passion. It’s a lack of structure.

That’s where I come in.

I help creatives, entrepreneurs, and business owners turn big ideas into finished projects—without the stress, overwhelm, or endless procrastination. Together, we’ll clear the chaos, build a step-by-step roadmap, and make steady, structured progress until you cross the finish line.

No more half-finished projects. No more “I’ll get to it someday.” This time, you get it done.

Let’s make it happen.

Who This Is For:

  • Entrepreneurs & Business Owners: Launching new systems, products, events, or campaigns.

  • Consultants or Coaches: Developing service offers, books, or training materials.

  • Course Creators & Educators: Building online programs or workshops.

  • Singers & Musicians: Planning an EP, album, or performance.

  • Visual Artists: Creating a portfolio or exhibition.

  • Writers: Working on novels, screenplays, or creative non-fiction.

If you’ve ever stared at your project and thought, Where do I even begin? or How do I finish this without burning out?, this is for you.

The Hidden Cost of an Unfinished Project

Every unfinished project comes at a cost.

You started this for a reason. You know it’s worth doing. Yet, without a structured plan, your project:

  • Drags on indefinitely—weeks turn into months, and the finish line keeps moving.

  • Consumes your mental energy—you keep thinking about it, but nothing changes.

  • Loses momentum—what once excited you now feels overwhelming.

  • Costs you money—delays, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities add up fast.

The longer you wait, the harder it gets. But with a clear plan and structured support, you can finally break the cycle and see it through.

What’s Actually Holding You Back?

You’re not stuck because you’re lazy. You’re stuck because:

  • You don’t know the next step—so you put it off.

  • The project feels too big—so you avoid it.

  • Perfectionism kicks in—so you second-guess everything.

  • No one’s holding you accountable—so deadlines slip.

Sound familiar? You’re not alone. The problem isn’t your ability—it’s the lack of structure and support.

That’s exactly what this service provides: a step-by-step roadmap, real accountability, and expert guidance to get you to the finish line.

What You’ll Gain (Beyond a Finished Project)

This isn’t just about checking off tasks—it’s about finally finishing what you started.

When we’re done, you’ll have:
A completed project—not just an idea collecting dust.
A clear, repeatable system—so future projects don’t stall out.
Proof that you can follow through—goodbye, self-doubt.
More creative energy—because unfinished work won’t be weighing you down.

No more half-finished dreams. This time, you get it done.

How It Works

Step 1: Project Kickoff Session — $400

For those who just need help getting started, this 90-120 minute intensive session will let us map out your entire project and create your action plan.

Step 2 (Optional): Ongoing Project Management & Accountability — $200-$500/month

For those who need help staying on track, we check in at the frequency that works for you, tracking and adjusting your plan as we go.

Before We Meet

1. Vision & Goal Setting

We’ll start by getting crystal clear on your vision and defining success. What does your ideal outcome look like? What key milestones do we need to hit? We’ll break down your big vision into manageable pieces so you know exactly where you’re headed.

You’ll fill out a detailed project charter form before we meet so we can make the most of the session.

During the Kick-Off Session

2. Confirming Vision & Goals

We’ll go over your project charter together to refine and clarify your vision and goals even further.

3. Planning the Roadmap

Together, we'll deconstruct your project into manageable steps, establish achievable deadlines, and craft a flexible timeline that aligns with your unique workflow.

4. Resource & Tools Curation

Need a better way to track progress or organize your ideas? I’ll recommend tools like Notion, ClickUp, or Asana—or we can use a simple checklist if that’s your jam. I can also help identify collaborators or resources, whether it’s a music producer, a web designer, or a virtual assistant.

And if you choose the ongoing option…

5. Weekly or Biweekly Check-ins

We’ll review progress, troubleshoot any issues, and make adjustments as needed. Whether you’re stuck creatively or logistically, I’m here to help you get unstuck and back on track.

6. Final Wrap-Up

At the end of the project, we’ll review everything you accomplished, reflect on what you learned, and outline next steps to maintain momentum.

“Without Jess, I don’t know if I would have ever started my business of selling my personal art. Her encouragement, knowledge and compassion helped me finally take those first steps after years of struggling to get things off the ground. As someone who is neurodivergent, I appreciate that I don’t have to waste time over-explaining my struggles to Jess. She just gets it. Plus, she has a plethora of nd-friendly and trauma-informed insights and tools to help. This is not just some generic coaching experience. This is a deeply informed and personal experience tailored to you and your needs. I’m so incredibly grateful for her help. I couldn’t have done it without her."
