Productivity & Organization
for Artists & Creatives

with Jess Baldwin

Imagine…

More time making art, less time drowning in admin.

More finished projects, fewer half-baked ideas collecting dust.

A creative career that actually supports you—instead of draining you.

The impact you’ve always dreamed of—without the burnout.

You already have a strong career. You’re releasing music, performing, writing, designing, recording—your career is totally happening, but it could definitely be more streamlined.

You want to have an impact in a million different ways. You’re so incredibly passionate and capable, but you’re juggling so much that you’re not able to prioritize, and the impact is falling flat.

And you’re tired of doing it all yourself. You want someone who can think in high-level strategy for every part of your creative career, but who’s also not too fancy to get down in the daily muck alongside you. You want a strategic partner.

That’s where I come in.

Step 1: Creative Career Deep-Dive (Month 1)

Before we start fixing anything, we zoom out and see the full picture of your time and tasks—what’s working, what’s not, and where things feel stuck.
Map out your creative projects, all time commitments, and productivity systems so we know exactly what’s on your plate.
Pinpoint the real bottlenecks. What’s actually slowing you down, and what’s just unnecessary noise?
Create a clear, strategic roadmap. No vague ideas—just a step-by-step plan for getting things moving.

Step 2: Implementation & Optimization (Months 2-6)

This is where we stop spinning our wheels and start making real progress.
Fix the inefficiencies that are wasting your time—so you’re spending more energy on your art and less on logistical headaches.
Set up systems that actually work for YOU. No cookie-cutter solutions—just streamlined workflows, automations, and schedules that fit your brain and your creative process.
Prioritize and execute. I help you stay focused on what matters most so you’re less burned out and more fulfilled by what you’re spending time on.

Step 3: Ongoing Support & Execution (Months 7-12)

Your career isn’t static, and neither is our work together.
Regular check-ins to keep everything moving. Maintenance phase is the most important because it’s where we really see whether the systems we created are actually giving you the momentum you want.
Adjustments as new opportunities and challenges arise. As life throws new things at you, we refine your systems to help you prioritize and keep up.
A life that feels sustainable. Less frantic juggling, more clarity, momentum, and actual satisfaction.

This isn’t about forcing you into rigid structures—it’s about building a life that works for you, so you can spend more time creating and less time drowning in admin.

Why Work With Me?

You’ve got the vision, talent, and drive—but the juggling act of projects, income streams, deadlines, life, and artistic momentum can feel like herding cats while blindfolded. That’s where I come in.

I don’t just hand you a generic system and wish you luck. I step into your world, see the full picture of your schedule, and help you build a structure that supports your art and your life—without burning out.

I get how your brain works. Whether you’re neurodivergent, multi-passionate, or just overwhelmed, I tailor systems to fit you—not the other way around.

This isn’t about discipline—it’s about alignment. We’ll streamline the way you create, plan, and manage your time so it actually feels good to maintain.

I won’t just cheer you on—I’ll help you design a system that actually works for you, your art, and your life.

“Without Jess, I don’t know if I would have ever started my business of selling my personal art. Her encouragement, knowledge and compassion helped me finally take those first steps after years of struggling to get things off the ground. As someone who is neurodivergent, I appreciate that I don’t have to waste time over-explaining my struggles to Jess. She just gets it. Plus, she has a plethora of nd-friendly and trauma-informed insights and tools to help. This is not just some generic coaching experience. This is a deeply informed and personal experience tailored to you and your needs. I’m so incredibly grateful for her help. I couldn’t have done it without her."
